Justina Valentini, the matriarch of this family-owned Italian legacy, established Valentini's in Chisholm, MN in 1934. Several generations have carried on the family tradition over the years, expanding to the Duluth-Hermantown area in 2008. The Valentini family prides themselves in believing that "Most of the world eats to live, but Italians live to eat!"
